Meet Scott

Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Scott Foster moved to Clearwater Beach, Florida, in 2010 with his wife of over 30 years and began his career as a real estate professional here in 2015. Scott primarily serves second-home buyers and sellers, with a particular emphasis on selling single-family homes and beachfront condos. Currently, Scott serves the real estate markets in Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Largo, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Treasure Island. Due to his perseverance, impressive work ethic, and competitive nature, Scott is an expert in his field, selling over $9 million worth of real estate in 2021 alone.

 

Prior to pursuing his career as a real estate professional, Scott attended the Ohio Institute of Photography in Dayton, Ohio, before delving into the restaurant industry full time. Throughout his time in the workforce, Scott has owned two bars in Indiana and one in Florida. Not only have these experiences granted Scott valuable financial insights, but they have also honed his remarkable customer service skills. Overall, Scott’s ability to collaborate with a wide variety of personalities allows him to coordinate real estate transactions smoothly while engaging in thoughtful negotiations.
